For the past 4 years, I have hosted my own Linux Unraid server to host my own media server, cloud storage, VM's, encrypted storage, and many other tasks. I have managed separate accounts for family and friends with access to my media server and cloud storage. Throughout the time of having the server up and running, I have gained a tremendous amount of troubleshooting skills from breaking my own system. The quote by Thomas Edison said it perfectly; "I have not failed." I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. "

I have completed the University of Michigan's Python for Everyone Professional Certificate and Google's IT Automation with Python Professional Certificate. During the course work, I've had multiple ideas for ways I could utilize Python in my day-to-day life. Being an iTunes user for many years, I had multiple duplicate songs in my library. This code parses through an XML file for my iTunes library and puts any duplicates into a list. That way, I know which items to look for and remove from my library. This is just the start, and I plan to expand this code into a way to automatically remove any songs if they are duplicates.
