About Me

When I am not sitting in front of my computer tinkering with some project or adding some new home automation device into my house that my wife has deemed "unnecessary", I am usually outside. Whether it is -24 or 100 degrees, my comfort place is outside, surrounded by "neat-ture." My wife and I are avid hikers and anything that connects us back to nature is great with us. Over the past 10 years, we have done numerous backpacking trips, including Colorado, California, Wyoming, Vancouver, and Banff.

My mindset is always "Just go for it." Between picking up new hobbies, learning something new, or taking on a physical challenge just to see if I can do it, I am always looking for new ways to grow as an individual.

Seek Discomfort. Two words that I try to live my life by. I am always looking to push myself to new limits. I believe that experiencing something or doing it first-hand is always the best way to grow and learn.
